We're looking forward to taking your order anytime Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST. Just give us a call toll free at        1-888-977-2255 (Yes, 888 is a toll-free call). After hours we're out running, biking, swimming, and even playing field hockey, keeping fit and having fun. So let our answering machine take your order. We will call back to confirm all information. When leaving an order on the answering machine please leave a daytime phone number, style #, size, and color of the items you wish to order; Don't forget to leave your name, we want to know the person behind the voice.

Online Orders:
When you select the "Add To Shopping Cart" button from any of the product pages, the order form will appear in a new window (on most browsers), so you can switch back and forth. If you are not comfortable submitting your credit card information, print your order and give us a call at 1-888-977-2255.

Mail-In Orders:
Just fill out the order form, print it, and drop it into the mail. Make checks payable to Women's Sports Specialties.

Fax Orders:
No time to chat on the phone - just print out our online form and fax your order to us at 302-239-9506 24 hours a day. We will always fax back with a confirmation of your order unless you instruct us otherwise. Please make sure to include your fax number on the order form.

  Regular ground shipping charges per address: $6.95

  Second Day* Air, UPS: $15.00, Must receive order by 3pm. eastern time

  Next Day* Air, UPS: $30.00, Must receive order by 3pm. eastern time, Next day orders placed on Friday after 3pm eastern time, Saturday, Sunday will not be shipped until Monday

  All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

  * Saturday and Sunday are not shipping or delivery days.

  Returns: It's easy, Just send back with a note explaining if you want to exchange or be given a refund. On exchanges we'll send the new item out with no additional shipping charge. We just ask if you could make returns within 60 days to help us out.
